New 1080p LCD Monitors from Sharp’s AQUOS Line.

New 1080p LCD monitors From Sharp's..

Personally, We think it is great that everything is going to high definition these days. After all, I keep hearing this blasted cut-off date from when all TVs will go into High-Def format, and last I’ve heard, it’s February 2009.

So why not turn an LCD computer monitor into a 1080p High-definition television? Oh wait, I know, because a lot of computers won’t take them. Fortunately, the AQUOS LCD TV from Sharp has a PC input jack that can support various electronic gear including game machines and other HD media devices.

The Sharp AQUOS line is an industry first as a 1080p LCD, and it comes in three sizes: 22V inch, 26V inch, and the 32V inch. Personally, I think this will make a great addition to any American home, but as far as I know, these three monitors are only available in Japan.

After all, I don’t know about you, but I’m beginning to use my computer for watching television more than I use my television for watching television. I suppose that is a sign of the times, that we are watching television with better resolution on our own time rather than wait for the TV to give us poor quality resolution and commercials.
